Site guidance states withdrawals will take 1 - 3 business days to be processed. I have had several chats via the online chat who say the same scripted lines, that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours. I have explained multiple times I have waited 5 business days and still pending. I have asked several times what is the timescale that they will be completed and all they say is there is a delay in the finance department. They won't answer my question of timescales. I have chased again and now I am not receiving any response and they have stopped me being able to access the website.
