I have been using my betting account with Fun88 since April 2021. My account was fully verified and till 6th Sep I was able to use my account, deposit and withdraw from it. On 6th Sep, I had a balance of 3,05,000 INR and I made a successful withdrawal of 5000 INR in my bank account. Since that withdrawal was processed my account was locked.


I contacted FUN88 customer service and they asked me to submit my Aadhar card, selfie with Aadhar card and bank statement for KYC verification. I submitted all required documents on 8th Sep and they told me to wait for 3 days to get the account verification process. On 10th Sep, I received email from Fun88, stating that my account was permanently blocked and the amount has been forfeit as I have used account in unhealthy ways of betting. They didn't give anymore explanation and now my entire amount of 3,00,000 INR has been forfeit.


I feel that since I have started getting profits recently they have blocked my account.


I need your help to get my account active and to withdraw the balance of 3,00,000 INR as of 6th Sep. Please assist.

Could you please advise if you’ve completed the KYC account verification successfully? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)?

Thanks for your response. My account was KYC verified since April 2021. I used place my bets on Cricket and Football games using Fun88 platforms like B2BSport, Fun88 Exchange. I didn't claim any bonuses whatsoever in recent months. In the past I was given some bonus and I completed the turnaround requirement for it, before making any withdrawal.

Hope this clarified your doubt. Please reach out to me for anymore doubts and kindly assist on this matter. All I need is a way to withdraw my winnings of 3,00,000 INR in my bank account.

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future.
