The player from India had his account blocked without explanation. The casino failed to respond and we were forced to close this complaint as unresolved.

This casino blocked my account on the grounds of NOTHING.
On asking They are saying that I have breached some terms of their website ,when I ask them which term had I breached they said we cannot tell you.
I simply asked them to refund my deposit amount of 1600 .They said we cannot refund the deposit amount.

They never asked to verify.
I didn't used any bonus. I played with the real money.
They blocked my account without any reason. I just want my deposit amount back if they don't unblock my account

Unfortunately, the casino remains unresponsive and after efforts to contact them they seem not to engage with complaints on our website at this point.
