Id like to complain about the withdraw limits. $750 is a ridiculous amount to have as maximum daily withdraw for a casino. It’s going to take me a whole month of withdrawing every day to get my money out. It clearly states on the withdraw page that max withdraw is $7800 and when i stated that to the customer service they said it was a mistake. I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Have your withdrawal limit changed since you are registered in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the withdrawal limit is completely normal and many casinos have even lower one so there isn't really anything that can be done with it.

My account isn’t verified as there is no option to do so. My winnings were from real money and I was in contact with them today about the inability to withdraw more than $750.

Unfortunately there isn't much we are able to do as the casino's withdrawal limit still seems to be higher that you should have and it is their decision how they set it. You can try to verify your account or increase your VIP level if the casino has such system in order to withdraw higher amounts.
