Thanks for answering Tomas... First of all the bonuses never added in my account.... i recieve the 4 mails about every bonus 1 second after my deposit... I check the account and i has just my 20 euro deposit... so i play my 20 euros that i deposit and after i waiting for bonus.... i check it again and again ... at the profil at "my bonus" page had 0 active bonus.... So i try to contact them but i cant open live chat from mobile... so i let it and just check for the bonus in my account every some hours... At the finish of 24 hours and when i havent yet receive any bonus i open from my pc the live chat and start telling them what has happen.... Then they told me i took the bonus or i lose it cuz there passed 24 hours... but i am sure they can check if i took them or not from the database or something like that

This is from the 1st of December 2023 until today … the history of bonuses … u can see clearly that there is only a bonus at 3 of December …. But we don’t talk about that day … but for many days after

I am sorry but if you decided to play your deposited funds it might be technically impossible to credit you a bonus. In such situations, it's best to not wager your funds and ask the casino either to credit the bonus or to request a refund. Since the funds are lost none of these options are valid now.

Please understand we can't penalize the casino if they don't credit you with a bonus. I apologize for the disappointing response.

Please let me know if there is anything else I overlooked, otherwise I'll close the complaint.
