The player from Germany had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint, as delays could have been caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. After a few days, the player confirmed that he had received his withdrawal and the pending withdrawal was also completed. We had marked the complaint as resolved.

Hello,

So i was playing at Frumzi and got realy lucky to get balance to 9600Eur i did also spend there about 8500 Eur.

I made request for Witdrawl on 25.04.2024 and today is 06.05.2024

Also i made request on 26.04 and 27.04 becose there is limit 500Eur pro day.

About KYC vertification i cant do that becose they say is not mandatory and maybe they will ask me to do it but before that i cant upload any document.

I try to talk with customer servic evry day but day copy paste and they saying from 30.04.2024 that im priority and they will do as fast as posible to complite withdrawl.

Im not playing with bonus and i never did i have screenshot of evrything.

I did read in general discusion about Frumzi and i will do evrything posible to get my money.

Also i will never cancel my witdrawl request as i need to witdrawl 9600Eur and if they start paying me it will take 2 month but as i see now it could take 1 year or maybe never to get my money.

Hi yes I did for now is everything fine they did pay me 2 day ago,then I made another withdrawal that is also payed next day so everything is fine now..I still have withdrawal pending and I hope this will also be completed..They probably had some issues last month with something that is resolved.
