The player's account got blocked after requesting a withdrawal. The complaint was rejected as it was sports betting related.
I make deposit on Freshbet around 93 euro. I mangaed to make from this 411 euro. Then i decided to withdrawal 350 euro. My account is under investigation. I was blocked. I sent all verficiation files and they were fully accepted. Based on opinions and similar problems of other clients i suspect that my money is lost.
Hello jasinaslawomir,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Freshbet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise since when exactly is your account closed? All the documents were approved by the casino? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that such checks may take up to 14 days.
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick

1) It's up 14 days from now
2) All of documents were approved
3) I didn't used bonus
[RESPONSE TO FRESHBET]
Is there a possiblity to clarify my "suspicious betting" and help in investigation in order to speed up proccess? To be honest 6 months is so much long peroid of time which is unfair to player side.
Kind regards,
Sławomir
As you might know, our forum Casino.Guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue, related to a sports betting. I can contact the casino on your behalf and try to get some more information, but at the same time, I will be forced to reject your complaint.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
Best regards,
Nick
