Have requested 380 euro withdrawel 5 times, I'm fully verified. They keep fobbing me off with excuse after excuse, made my first withdrawel request on the 25th November. Have been told to resubmit the request 5 times,,each time its rejected and returned to my playing balance..NIBODY will tell me why its being rejected

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Absolutely no bonus !!

And now they have removed the option to withdraw using bank transfer,,if I attempt to use any other withdrawel method, a message pops up telling me I must deposit using that method first,,needless to say, I don't want to deposit here.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time.
