I waited two months because of 500 dollars 😕 I won a bonus, I had made one deposit of 50 dollars and they told me to withdraw the money, all I needed was a deposit, as much as I won. Finally I got my 50usd only 😞

Waiting 2 months. Support completely are ignorant. I emailed gaminglicences.com and what they said that they are no longer the license provider of the operator, but they will forward my details and claims (somewhere)

It really is a shame that our complaint team was not able to solve this case.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much to do whenever a casino is not willing to cooperate.

From the information on our website, they operate without a license, so there is nowhere to turn to, which is another negative thing.

At least their safety index will be lowered because of your unresolved complaint, so everyone can see how they work.

Mawa you were lucky. I think thats depends how much you won. In my case was over 8k euros... They are one big scam. They dont have license any more and still website is working... Be careful on lottomat.com

Even White Lotto, the company who is above lottomat.com ignoring emails. White Lotto have more than one casino and be aware playing there. Soon ill make a list of them and aware you guys.

I saw that you also had an unresolved complaint with them because they didn't reply, which is pretty sad. It's not a lot of money, so it always makes me sad when players end up like that.

ya maybe its not a lot of money, but make that from €200 is pretty good. And 8k euros can give very nice holiday.. anyway they license expired so dealing with them i dont see a way to get money back. i will find other method or if here is someone who willing to help, let me know 🙂
