Your slowest successful withdrawal?

Hi all

What's the longest you've ever waited for a casino to pay you, in cases when it has actually eventually arrived? (So I'm not asking about ones you gave up on that never came.)

My longest was 2 months, now unfortunately I'm waiting 3 months for another one - from the same site! They told me after the last saga that they had fixed all their "payment processing problems" and I was stupid enough to believe them... More fool me I guess.

(I will start a complaint if it doesn't come soon but I think they may delay even longer if I do, so I'm giving them every chance for now.)

Anyway to give me some hope, I want to hear about other people who've waited months and HAVE finally been paid.

Hello, I would say you should have filed a complaint sooner if this has been going on for 3 months. We give the casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal.

However, which casino are we talking about, please? Did they tell you anything more about why it's taking so long ? I certainly wouldn't want to wait this long and it's too much I would say, so I hope it can be resolved if you say the casino has sorted out the issues with the payment provider.

If you have an update I'll be here.

Ok - guess it's probably time to try a complaint. I'm not convinced it'll help but at this point I probably won't get paid anyway so... 🙂

It's definitely good to try it, I'm not saying that it has to solve your situation but if you don't give anything for it and sacrifice only your time, then it's fine for me.

If something changes and you find out something new, definitely let me know.

I will keep my fingers crossed. 🤞😊

I haven't been waiting as long as you have, but I hope you get your money soon! My experience lasted two weeks. I made the mistake of ordering a withdrawal to a bank card during the holidays when the banks were closed. Instead of the usual 3-5 days, I ended up waiting for two weeks!

I bet you were stressed! 😫

I have been so stressed waiting for 3 months when they told me it would all be okay next time...

I think players would feel a lot better -and we would send fewer stressed-out emails to the casinos - if we were told more about how payments are actually processed and why it can take such a long time from some sites.

Yeah, and I can't imagine how you feel.

I agree Jaro, you should try opening a complaint.

Yeah, in the end I started a complaint. Nothing to lose at this point.

After reading around a bit it looks to me as if there are lots of players around the world waiting months for payment since earlier this year. From all different sites but maybe mostly Curacao licensed ones? I started to wonder whether something to do with the changing Curacao regulatory system (some big changes underway, I read) is having an impact on payments. Or maybe there's a wider problem with 3rd party payment providers/banking regs somehow?

I dunno, Casino Guru, is your impression that there are more very long delays around at the moment?

I have the feeling that it has always been like that. It depends on various factors why it can happen. It could be the verification, the payment method, the different checks the casino does, etc. There are casinos where you get the money relatively immediately and have a good response from the players and there are casinos where you wait weeks for one withdrawal. For me personally, it wouldn't be a problem if I knew that the casino tends to pay out the money eventually and not make problems. However, sometimes things like you mentioned about 3rd party providers come into it and they can have technical difficulties.

So that's how I see it.

I suppose, that I am lucky enough, but mine was 3 days maximum.

Hi there,I totally feel your pain. Waiting for payouts can be so frustrating, especially when they drag on for months. I've been in a similar boat before. My longest wait was about 5 weeks, and that felt like an eternity, so I can only imagine what 3 months must feel like. The casino I was dealing with kept giving me the runaround, saying they had "technical issues" and that the payment was "in process," but it finally arrived just when I was about to give up hope.It sounds like your casino might be playing a similar game. I'd recommend starting that complaint process if you don't see anything soon, as it might actually push them to act faster. Also, check if other players have had similar experiences recently—sometimes that can give you a better idea of what's really going on.Hope it works out for you soon!

Hello, thank you for your experience. It wasn't the least you were waiting for I'd say. Sometimes it's too much and I understand that players are not happy about it. Every now and then there are problems that the casino can hardly control, so that's a bit of a disadvantage for them. Anyway, I hope these issues are behind you and everything is fine for the moment.

Can I ask what casino was it where this happened to you ?

I waited about a month once. It was an online casino, and they kept saying there were delays with processing. I was getting worried, but eventually, the money did come through.

Was the casino overloaded by withdrawals? Do you continue to play there now?

The longest withdrawal I experienced at an online casino took 5 weeks. Initially, I requested a withdrawal of $40,000, but during that time, I canceled the withdrawal a few times and ended up losing $20,000. After 5 weeks, I finally received the remaining $20,000.

I didn't like the way that story was going... but very glad you managed to walk away with the 20,000 in the end!

That's quite a lot, I've seen cases that still haven't been solved to this day. I don't know if this can be classified as players waiting. Anyway, at least you got something which is not the best but for 20,000 is someone's annual salary maybe even two. 😕

My longest was more than a week, I waited for a few days and I got impatient. I contacted their customer support and they told me they were processing the withdrawal request. It was a small amount but eventually I got it after waiting for more than 1 week.

So I actually got my money and now I have my record successful withdrawal waiting time - 138 days, or 4.5 months, or nearly 20 weeks...

All you people complaining cos you've been waiting 5 days don't know you're born! 😀 (JOKING, everyone should be being paid in 24-48 hours these days)
