I got a reply in 24hrs from Amy in which she said they cannot discuss someone else's account with a 3rd party so I just wrote back as I knew this and said the reasons I wrote was to explain that you were confused and distressed and I just wanted to draw attention to the problem your having and had attached your email and documents and would they be so kind as to contact you. That's the best I can do.

Why don't you use Revolut, I recommend it, it's the best and once you know it well, you have all possible payment methods in one in a second. You can connect any card you have to Revolut and no matter what bank or wallet, you can transfer between cards in a second in the currency you want, normal crypto, you can even use gold if you prefer.

Mifinity is an ewallet and an accepted method of payment and withdrawal to and from your bank account. It's free to deposit direct from your registered bank account and the withdrawal fees arnt that expensive. You use the app which is simple, you just have to follow the procedure for verification, your passport and bank statement. Support at Clientservice@mifinity.com have always been more than helpful with any enquires or problems. I'm not sure why this person is having a problem but if they write directly and attach the documents they have provided for verification I'm sure mifinity will explain in simple terms what they are doing wrong.

I definitely use such wallets, I didn't know minfinity, but it has Astropay Neteller and even some unknown ones without support and out of curiosity I checked it and everything works.

But I rarely use revolut anymore, another league, wallet and bank account, at the same time, all transactions within the application are done with virtual Visa and Mastercard cards, you can have probably 12, even every crypto, all in one is great, and the 24/7 support is also a 10. I recommend it.

Guys, does anyone know how long it really takes to complete a transfer to a bank account?

I've been waiting 5 business days for it to happen and still nothing, technical support responded saying that the case is under review... It's a very bad wallet...

Unless I had to reverify which I had to do once, as soon as the money was transferred from the casino to the Mifinity wallet the transfer to my bank was instant.

It was at BBVA for about 6 days "in Progress" now it appears as "sent" 2 days ago..

I called my bank to see if they had a transfer in process and they told me no...

And yes.. their support really isn't much help..
