I had a deposit problem now for five days after I sended proof of payment and still my problem is not resolved. Every time I go on live chat 4 of the customer representatives told me that the proof of payment is undereview and the outcome wil be 2 to 3 busnissdays which stand now on 4 business days and my account is still not credited.Its clear to me that the customer service representatives got no authority because they don't resolve your problem. That is why they are called customer representatives isn't it They realy got no purpose at all and you are waisting your time and data .Furthermore is the communication between the support team and customer very bad.They don't confirm or acknowledge your emails and you as the customer must follow up your own complaint which is unfair and unreasonable as the problem that accured was there fault and not mine.This problem causes inconvenience and I am very unhappy the casino handle a customers complaint.It seems you are not important and is only a player at there casino.I won't refer any of my friends to play at Thunderbolt casino that for sure.

Hello, KYC verification should not take so long, however, this casino earned a questionable reputation so they may have some issues. I would suggest that you give this process a few more working days. If they can't make it through, you can submit a complaint against them.
