I think the part where we mentioned that we are not lawyers and do not have the scope to resolve such a situation is spot on in this case. You didn't think to get legal help ? That would probably be much more effective in this particular case.

Also, if the same case has been solved, feel free to send it to me here.

You know what it is.. i can understand that you can not do to much but the only thing that you can do for is contacting the casino and tell them about the multiple complaints about payments of settled agreements.. if nobody does something this casino have the way free to scam people!

I would say that the same applies in this case, I would not really want to keep repeating myself and saying the same thing because I think it will be annoying for you as well. I would also say that the same answer that I posted for the other player applies to you as well. It doesn't work for us to contact the casino based on something like that. Because if we contact them, we still have no way to proceed. They could ignore us and say that the deal is strictly between the player and the casino. I just don't know what more to say to you, even though I sympathize with all of you who have gotten into this situation.

Here you go Jaro: https://casino.guru/betspino-casino-player-waiting-for-agreed-refund

Can you please get me in contact with user: JohnLalabet? He is a representative of Lalabet which is the same organisation.

Casbit Group N.V has ended their company registration after they have been fined by the KSA for illegal operations. Right now they are rushing to new casino's and companies to avoid paying a lot of players.

They created exact copies of their casino's: Betspino 》Spinybet Lala.bet 》Chacha.bet Jungliwin 》Ucobet Justbit 》Joebit

I have screen recordings of the live support at Spinybet, Lala.bet and Ucobet where they gave me the same WhatsApp number as the VIP manager from their "Orginigal" casino and they gave me the same e-mail adres. They exposed themself.

They are doing this under a company in Costa Rica: 3-102-897762 LTDA and a new registration from the CGB under the name: Luckywayz Limited B.V in Curaçao.

Yes, but if you have a chance to read it, the player solved it himself and we didn't help. We didn't contact the casino or the representative.

Unfortunately, I can't connect you with anyone either, because I can't shift contacts like that. And from what I've seen, we don't even have that kind of contact you mentioned.

Ive had the same complaint and asked for you guys to contact lalabet (theyve offered me a contract aswell agreeing to refund 12.8k) and it got closed because 'you guys werent lawyers'.

Dutchguy

They don't give a fuck here. Everyone has exactly the same agreement.

Use your brain for a moment, casino guru deals with with casino related issues.

This contract is with lalabet in their capacity as a company rather than a casino so it doesn't fall under the scope of what casino guru handles.

If it was a confiscated balance, verification issue etc etc etc then yes but a private contract with a private company is legal stuff not casino stuff (it does not matter that the contract/situation is directly related with casino stuff, because it is a contract it is now a different thing completely)

As you can see they have already refused to payout an ammount of 30k because the player was dutch (which they obviously know after doing the kyc). Also ive experienced limits with my withdrawels and shady things which made me go do the research. After finding out about most of it ive looked into it and its reasonable to suggest that ive lost a total of 30k which they wouldnt of paid out if id win. This is the reason why they are not allowed to accept dutch players and its not a 'win-win' because if you win a big ammount they wont payout for the exact same reason we want a refund. There are so many cases going on right now that its pretty pathetic nobody with a big base behind them is doing anything to solve this

Its not a private contract. Its air. Its not even signed by them + theres litteraly a phrase in it saying the contract can be destroyed at any given time by both parties for no reason.

This is a casino issue. The contracts are empty and void and are only sent to stall time.

Frankly, if you happen to agree with such an agreement, it's unfortunate to expect a third-party company without any earlier acknowledgement of such terms to fight for your choice. This is indeed a field reserved to lawyers. Kindly get familiar with Casino Guru Fair Gamblin Codex 👈 this is how we reflect on gambling.

Keep that in mind to prevent further missunderstandings please.

Are you familiar with how we approach refund requests based on a missing Duch license, please? Such complaints more or less end up being rejected anyway:

"From our perspective, if you choose to play in a casino not covered by your national self-exclusion scheme, the casino should offer a self-exclusion mechanism, and if you decide not to inform the casino of any gambling problems you will not be protected by the casino from depositing and playing.

Also, if the casino accepts your deposit, while it is not prohibited by the casino's terms and conditions, you will be risking money. That means the casino should pay you your winnings, but will not refund lost funds."

I apologize, but we could not agree that you should have received a refund. Attorneys would likely disagree, but that is outside the purview of our discussion. I hope that clarifies things.

I understand what you're saying, yet we can't argue as "we are sure you would not pay out the winnings, so refund the player anyway." We must have precise, undesputable evidence in hand to use it against the casino. That's the point.

We must have precise, undesputable evidence in hand to use it against the casino. That's the point. They need to act unfairly to get punished. If you know about other players who have not accepted the agreement and were, on the other hand, told their winnings are confiscated because they have played from a restricted country, bring them here to submit a complaint and prove that without any doubts, please.

I get what youre saying but they also state in their own terms and policies that they will do KYC when 7500eu or more is deposit in 1 month. My first month ive deposit over 10k alone and 5 months after (when ive asked for the refund) they asked for a KYC (which never been fully completed due to weird/no communication by their side). Which is just another huge rule theyve broken regarding duty of care. They just really fuckedup badly on multiple fronts. If you watch trustpilot or onetime forum you will read more similair stories regarding the settlement agreements btw.

Ok, I was not aware of this part. Acting with respect to their own terms should be a must.

Yet players should also take some measure to prevent excessive playing. We believe the responsibility lies on both sides.

Allow me to repeat my request. If you're in touch with players whose winnings were confiscated due to restricted countries or under unfair circumstances (feel free to consult the Casino Guru Fair Gamblign Codex 👈), bring them here. Watching Trust Pilot won't help much, to be honest, not just because we can't get in touch with the players to confirm their issues, but also from my own experience, a site that claims that review stating Casino Guru is a fraud because they do not pay out winnings is an honest player's experience, does not sound very trustworthy, at least in my opinion.

I read your complaint and I empathize with your objections, yet as being said, these are for lawyers.

We already penalize casinos for not having licenses, but it is not enough to view your complaint as justified. Sending email offers that provide confusing or false information means you need to prove that you have not been given the promised bonus or anything on the same level, especially the deposit bonus. I'm not sure whether this was part of the aforementioned complaint anyway.

Stripping players from bonuses - cashback is also on the edge of our line of work, combined with unclear VIP status conditions or properties is most likely out of our scale completely. I sent you the Fair Gambling Codex to demonstrate things we try to address and resolve based on our methodology. I imagine such a situation could be described as a terrible user experience, but I'm not completely sure the casino acted totally unfair.

I hope the lawer will be of good use to you.

Hello, I also suffered from Jungliwin site, which bought ads for registration from my country (Kazakhstan).

I am a resident of this country, despite being a citizen of the Russian Federation.

I have documents confirming that I live and pay taxes in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which I provided, as well as a bank account in local currency, from which I made deposits (more than 5k dollars in total). It would have been impossible to open a bank account without residency.

After I won a large amount of money I was asked to go through KYC, I sent all the documents and got blocked due to prohibited country of residence (Russian Federation). Before moving to Kazakhstan I lived in Europe (Iceland) and passed all KYC related checks on sites that accepted Icelandic residents for betting/playing in casinos. So I was sure that I would not have any problems, as under exactly the same system I register and play on domestic companies for residents and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

But Jungliwin site decided otherwise and confiscated all my winnings (17000 dollars considering my deposits of 6000).

There is no direct communication, only through support, I have left all sorts of requests and am waiting for an answer, but have no hope after finding this thread on the forum.

When I uploaded a bank statement with my address to the site I was told that the documents were accepted and verification would be done, however at the end they just blocked and confiscated the funds.

I read that it is possible to leave a complaint through your website, but when making a complaint you cannot select either Jungliwin.com or as stated "uknkown" company.

Can you guide me please where I can go or how I can contact the main company Casbit Group N.V.? - as the rules of Jungliwin.com state that they are not responsible and do not make decisions on accounts, and this is directly handled by Casbit Group N.V..

UPD. I found a way to make Complaints and did one, hoping you can check it soon

UPD. 2 After checking the possibility of a Curacao licensee was found :

A Curacao licensee cannot accept players from just a few countries, specifically the USA, France, Australia, the Netherlands, and Curacao itself. However, there is no oversight beyond the standard KYC AML and CFT regulations that apply to all the other registered online casinos worldwide.

It turns out that the reason and the rules for which I was blocked by Jungliwin.com are internal and have nothing to do with the license request
