7bit straight up wiped out my winnings!!!!!

I won like 3000 coins on a $40 deposit and because I won so much, I won a tournament and "leveled up" while I was waiting for my pay out. So I went through the free spins I got for the tournament and the leveling up and actually WON again (made it all the way through the Play-thru). That’s how long they were taking to pay out, so I just combined them together in the one payout for 4340 coins and now they’re saying that my 3000 coins just disappeared and all I get is the bare minimum of what the free spins is, which is less than what I actually even won on the Free Spins.

Do not go there. I just saw another couple people that are having their winnings wiped as well. I’ve asked for a supervisor well over 50 times I’ve screenshot it everything. I’m hoping that this forum can get my money because holy shit I can’t believe they actually did that… they just wiped away and they’re pretending like the 3000 never even existed. they’re pretending like all I had there was those free spins.
