It would be much appreciated if you could avoid any abusive language.
We do not provide fake ratings. We even ask if any user review is supposed to be "casino motivated". Because especially poor casinos try to improve their low rating by placing 5 stars user reviews. If we can prove the review is bound to the casino directly (via VPN tracking) we reject it immediately.
If casinos manage to offer players some compensation for good reviews it's just a promo action triggered by casinos, not by us. We try to sort such things out.
