I don't even know where to start, I told them numerous times (via chat) that I had a gambling addiction, and yet they offered me a way back through bonuses, I fell for it again and ended up losing a lot of money, thanks to the gambling addiction association I've been able to curb my desire to gamble, but I know how they work and that the account can be reopened at any time, I requested a copy of chats and emails in writing more than two months ago, they haven't answered me, nor will they.
If you have a gambling problem, you're screwed. They'll squeeze you until you're ruined and your head can't handle the problem.
I'm gathering evidence to be able to file a complaint with Casino Guru, since they're not complying with the regulations. At least they're exposed. If they don't want to talk to me, they should do so through an intermediary.

This Casino was a bit of a question if to use it or not after one day, I decided to give it a try like many others.
I lost right away, had a very bad experience from the being, lost tons of money but after that, I for promoted to a VIP Player where I was contacted directly by Alex to Casino Leader to welcome me and explain to me all the VIP Benefits. I must say, he is a hell of a persona, know his job, leads by example, and definitely knows how to treat customers new or existing!
