I am from the uk and have recently submitted a complaint with regards to MrVegas Casino. It is currently under review and I was just wondering how long this should take as I am wanting to get my complaint resolved as quickly as possible. I have tried to have a look online to see what casino guru business or working hours are but can’t seem to find anything relating to this!

I don't know what the staff's work schedule is but it won't take more than a couple days of wait before a complaint specialist reach out to you, have in mind there are many other open complaints, so it's normal if you have to wait a bit, but it won't be much.

Also, the complaint resolution can take weeks and it completely depends on how quick the casino reacts to it, once the complaint specialist ask you for more details they will set a timer for the casino to react to the complaint (it's a week long), if the casino doesn't communicate an extra week is given, if the casino fails to react then the case is closed as unsolved and the casino's rating is lowered.

This casino has no solved complaints (it seems they don't react to them), but you never know, it's worth a try

Hi! There's not such a thing as working hours in our company. Most of people work Mon - Fri let's say 7am to 4pm, but that's just a very general time frame. We have employees who also work during weekends in order to deal with the new complaints, assign them to specialists etc. We also have people who work later in the evening (European time).

To be honest with you, complaints are usually quite a long process and don't expect "instant" replies from our specialists. Anyway, I can see your complaint has already been accepted, published and we're currently waiting for your reply so that's a good start I guess 🙂
