I just started doing the online gambling because my daughter and her boyfriend were telling me about it. I came across Sunrise Slots and started playing there. I had one a small amount at first decided to cash out they cancelled it twice this happened and I ended up waiting a day and a half before finding out that it had to be a min of $100. I kept playing and got to $100. And two days later I'm still waiting! Why?

Have you verified your account? I understand your frustration because I’m having my money held by a casino as well… $5404 I won two weeks ago…. They want to give me the run around and pay me installments. However, through this nightmare, I’ve learned that often times you need to complete verification documents, and wait a few days for the payment to be processed depending on your method of payment. Make sure to contact customer service to clear up any questions you have. Two days isn’t very long though, so I’m hopeful you will get your money!

So Sunrise Slots not only cancelled my first two withdrawal requests but it's gonna take a month to get my money?!

We recognize two weeks as a threshold beyond which the player should be supported, no matter what the casino claims. Do you perhaps care to submit the complaint too?

Not only are they rude and slow but if you made a request you cant do anything with anything they give you unless you make a deposit first, maybe. I just know that I was trying to play there one day and it said because you have a pending withdrawal request I couldnt play. And they keep wanting me to read the terms and conditions which i have already done and i didnt read any of this in there.

Maybe they just need to catch up to the times. Thats what I think they need to do

Well, since we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal, it will be necessary to be patient in this case. Be sure to keep checking back to see what's going on with your withdrawals.

However, I haven't heard that you can't play while you have a withdrawal pending. Did you ask live chat why that is ? 

Anyway, as I said, we will have to be patient and I firmly believe that you will get the money sooner than the mentioned time.

The issue has been almost resolved. I only have one more payment of $909 that is scheduled to be sent tomorrow, and then I am fully paid. I will update you.

I have constantly been emailing them or using their live chat and either i get no response, or the same one is that it depends on when their 3rd party vendor either decides to or when they get to it is when I get my money.

I am still waiting as patiently as possible but this is a little ridiculous especially considering that i decided to do the bitcoin because it was supposedly supposed to be faster. I thought it would most other casinos are making it seem like its a way better deal and then there's issues like this

I'd say this is completely ridiculous. Normally, crypto transfers are considered the quickest, so it's really a pain to see them so delayed. Though I understand payment providers are most likely far beyond the casino's daily reach, that does not change the fact that it's taking too long.

Have you been suggested an alternative, perhaps? 🤔
