Any other casino is almost instant to cash out. Or at least the same day. They are telling me that it could be well over a month before I get my money. No where on their website did I see anything about it being a month or longer before getting it. And when you go to support to ask them about why they either bypass the question altogether or they want to say that they dont handle those details or questions at support.

No I haven't. And trying their live support does not do any good as they are rude and repeat the same thing
