There is lots online but I suppose you can just do it youself.
Can I just ask you refer to fos upholding cases but I’ve been reading through a lot of similar to alls cases here and similar to mine and none of them have been upheld. Could you post any successful ones please as I’m not feeling much hope now after what I’ve read. thanks

Hi no they are saying they won’t do charge backs because gambling isn’t covered and I made the payments willingly even though I’ve explained my situation which is pretty similar to everyone’s here. The fraud team say they think I’ll lose if they use fraud side because of the fact I’ve authorised multiple payments over a a month to same merchant nikotpf* was mine.
What I’m struggling to understand is why they are doing chargebacks for some people for the mcc code change but not for others how can they pick and choose who is liable to lose out and who to help. It’s really frustrating because we are all in the similar situation trying to fight back at these illegals companies if only they seem it the way we see it. I will never ever touch these sites again I only wish I knew what was happening before I did it! At the end of the day I have an illness and sometimes when things are tough I turn to slots it’s my only weakness in life that gets hold of me when I do it. The bank has offered me a person to talk to I guess this is their way of being seen as helping me with out giving me a refund so it will go well if I go to Fos about it. Because they will probably be seen as not failing me because they didn’t know it was gambling etc so couldn’t stop the transactions. I did have a block on and that was my argument but it didn’t change their minds. 👎
I’ve never had anything go my way so didn’t expect it to but it would of been nice at least it’s put me off now so that’s one thing I hope continues. I’m on GameStop so can’t do regular gambling anymore.
