Dont bother contacting Transactworld. They sent me an email and said they refunded all my transactions 2024-07-24 and i have still not got any money. They gave me ARN numbers but my bank couldnt trace them. Have now emailed them every day since that and get no answer at all anymore. But maybe you are more lucky.

I have contacted my bank today who couldn’t do anything at all, told me to contact action fraud who have also said nothing can be done. I’m loosing all hope now as I’m trying every email possible in this thread that I can find that links to my transactions has anyone had any joy??
