They haven't given you 2 months?
I would send a sars request to cifas to keep an eye on it. I would also make a complaint with the bank as can't see why you would have your money taken for disputing a transaction

Yes, because I am very good at chargeback, if you want, contact me. I have 400 thousand followers on Instagram, everyone should contact me. I don't want money, I don't want anything from you, I'm not a fraud man, I will teach you how to chargeback, how to communicate with the bank and how to present evidence to them. I will break the prejudices of people who approach with prejudices like you, be sure of that, man. @royalnoblescom Come on, message me and I'll show you what kind of person I am.
Banks do not like this. The problem is that if they can't fully chargeback then they need to cover the amounts. It is getting banks to understand the legal position that appears to be the problem for a lot of people. Send it to the Ombudsman if you don't agree with their assessment of the situation. They are far more familiar with this type of case and will listen. As long as you have only done this once and aren't consistently requesting chargebacks then at the end of the day Mastercard/VISA rules must apply and therefore the amounts have to be recovered.
Do they have to cover it for all reasons (not received goods and services etc.) or only for fraud?
I don't know the individual laws in Sweden - but you can follow the Mastercard/Visa chargeback rules and also the Terms and Conditions for Merchants and see that what is being done is absolutely illegal. Personally for me amounts have been charged back under Mastercard 4840 codes which is a Fraud Chargeback because of the Ombudsman assessment and actually the most damaging chargeback for merchants as merchants can be blacklisted. In normal circumstances it is a Goods and Services not received chargeback - each merchant will never be able to provide any proof that services were provided.
Each circumstance is different and there are variable factors.
There's still a few merchants which have escaped me. Does anyone else have any knowledge on or alternative contacts for:
Wintermads (Have contacted them, but have gone quiet)
Pixeleum (Have contacted them, but have gone quiet)
Finnart
ZPDG
Nikotpf
CodingElites
Buskoskins
Sueks International
Justbeth International
FxTutorteam
REDWORKONLINE
Artstrid
Any help on contact emails will be greatly appreciated.
Hi mate mine Is all being sorted hopefully by chase bank going down the scam/fraud route.
Pixeleum and finnart.io are both mine and the email addresses I has for them bounced back which ones did you use?
As far as nicotpf they are all part of elegro support@elegro.eu they responded to me and asked my bank to start the refund process but as I already had a case open with my bank its all being looked into in 1.
My bank declined the Wintermads, Pixeleum and Finnart ones.
Their emails are:
support@pixeleum.zendesk.com
support@finnart.zendesk.com (never responded)
How can they decline them if you followed everything from this chat that's beyond a joke. Also I'm hopeful as others who bank with chase have had successful chargebacks with pixeleum and finnart.io.
On what basis did they decline, I have also gone down the route that they are crypto related and should have been blocked also so I have 2 things to throw at them. Goods and services not received and also crypto so should have been blocked.
They literally ignored all evidence I provided and said, as per Mastercard, chargebacks against gambling transactions are not permitted.
Even though I explained to them that my credit card is Mastercard and they had no problem doing the chargebacks. Such a joke.
That's a joke I've said from the start as they told me they can't chargebacks as it's gambling related that the merchants in question are not and I received no goods or services from them
Also told them they are xrypto crypto related but used incorrect MCC to bypass chase banks crypto blocks.
I'm confident I will get the result from the bank before I go down the FOS route.
I did also take that angle too, but they literally ignored everything I provided and just said that they were gambling. I have an open complaint with the FOS, hopefully they sort it for me.
So you had successful chargebacks using mastercard credit card and now the bank are rejecting your mastercard debit card chargeback request?
Madness!! The same chargeback rules apply to both credit & debit cards under Mastercard T&C!
I assume you have the credit card from the same bank? E.g. you have a Halifax bank account & Halifax credit card
Could Bite News be : https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09017765
