How long did jokabet take to respond to you from the date of your first email?

Their initial response was within a day if I remember rightly, however I had to wait about 2-3 weeks before they refunded me, I was relentless in chasing them and sending messages etc

Just in the past week since charging back Capital one / mybookie.ag. They have called me 2 times basically begging for the money (850$) back or they’re sending me to collections. I laughed so hard and hung up. He seems mad since he’s been emailing me the same shit 😂😂😂 thanks for the money back idiots

thought I’d share some info in case it wasn’t already shared. Visa have their own reporting system for merchant miscoding and it worked a few years ago when I had an issue with banks declining chargeback . If you go to this link, fill it out then once you receive an email confirming an investigation, forward it to the payment processor, then they’ll do something about it. It only works for those who have used visa cards

Still in dialogue with them so not at the moment but you are very abrupt for someone who’s asking for help

The thread has shrunk quite a bit, is there any reason for this?
