Maybe a longshot but try see if you can view any sent in documents on casino websites, where you know you’ve submitted a picture of the card.

Besides that, look through your pictures app on your phone or old phone.

What did you write to them and what did they reply? They just wrote that they don't make refunds and you have to contact the bank for a chargeback for me.

Do they mean photo of your credit card or ID card?

They just told me they won't refund...would be interested to hear how your situation pans out!

Has anybody had any luck in finding out who SMPF* payments are processed by, will never find the merchants but if we can find out who they have gone through it would be massive!

Transactions on my account are Mobilumpay, Fatamp Warszawa, as Carsix79 says they've obviously changed the name slightly.
