Meaning you lost there.

Sorry to hear that. Due to the constant advantage casinos have over the players, in the long term, casinos always win. It's paid leisure time.

I deposited around $1000 usd in btc, over 3 days/deposits. Used bonuses, Finally had a win and completed wager requirements. verified documents and verified withdrawal address. Was able to withdraw $800 usd with no problems so I decided to play some more and again deposited around $1000 usd over a few separate deposits but this time decided not to use bonuses. After a nice win I tried to withdraw $1800 but was at weekly withdraw limit. I could withdraw up to $1650 usd so I decided to try that but what happened next was blatant and unbelievable.

The withdrawal was declined over and over due to "system provider errors" and was told to wait to hear back from the technical. Fast forward 24 hours my IP gets banned and I can not access the website from my normal IP. I verify by using a vpn to connect and it all works fine. Now I wait and see if they will payout or just leave my ip banned and continue declining my payout requests. Wish me luck -__-

That you took over there is a miracle in itself. The tightest company, no variety of games. One of the most unacceptable I've played.

This applies to all casinos. In N1, they probably made a bad deal with the providers and never play their slots.

Is it common to have the website just stop loading on your normal IP or am I right in thinking that is blatant IP ban to avoid paying out

Hello there.

I'd say, you should contact the support by email, and provide them with a short video showing you can't access your account without the VPN on. What do you think about that?

I would be interested in getting the answer.

Wish you luck ✨

Yes, the constant mathematical advantage is valid in all casinos 😀. I know you were referring to the deal. What do you mean by a bad deal by the way?

Could be also a technical issue, it's hard to tell. Though I must say the way you put it, it sounds suspicious.

As I said, I would ask the support directly if I were you.

I can confirm it happens across the Globe nowadays. Many payment providers face issues due to geo-political instabilities or increased anti-money laundering policies set by local banks, it goes in hand with local restrictions.

In such a situation, you and the casino both are on the same side. I mean, until the payment provider finds the solution, the casino is helpless.

I know it sucks!

I deposit ETransfer $50 and another $90 and this money went into their account directly. I waited for 1hour nothing was updated then i waited more and nothing so i looked on my bank and it said it was send so i contact their support line and wow they dont know where my money went. They ask for the reference number which i gave and they still cant find my money then they want my bank statement ???? WTF why? With the reference number they should be able to track my money so i provided them my bank statement but i blacked out everything that is not related and i only left where is said they took $50 and $90 and i even left money i received so they can see that i did not get it back. Then they wrote no u have to unblack the statement i said no that is personal my bank told me that is odd for them to even ask that and she said sounds like a scam and for me not to provide this. They can find it with the reference number my name or email. But no they want to see my whole bank statement. THEY SCAMMED ME BEWARE. This is such a headache but i will be fighting for what is mine.

Hello there.

Sadly, missed or lost deposits are beginning to trouble more players than usual, I'd say.

The problem is your money left your account, but at the same time, the recipient has not received it yet. I guess, some intermediary banks could be involved too, so the casino has to make sure you sent the money correctly, for that the bank statement is necessary. Such a statement is most likely also a part of the KYC, makes me think you are going to present it sooner or later, no matter under which circumstances.

Anyway, the usual process is like this: the casino's 3rd-party payment provider or the casino financial department investigates the issue, and once the money is found, the problem is solved. I know how stupid it sounds, the point is in most cases it takes even a week, especially if the casino doesn't handle the transactions directly.

I would appreciate any update you'll have. Hopefully, we're not gonna get to submitting a complaint🙏🤞

Scam away guys while I was playing it opened Jackpot and the game got stuck I say ok it has happened to another site too (it was asking me to go to the home page again because the connection was lost) and since then I can't get into that particular game since yesterday 4/ 05/2023 while I can if I play the test of the game they probably won't let me because that's what I believe I had opened 2 of the three cards for the big one how much it was around 2300 euros and from communication I'm still waiting

Thank you for the warning. I still think the casino should behave much better than this!

If you change your mind, we offer a free complaint feature. This is exactly the issue worth a complaint if I may say so.
