unauthorised transactions totaling to $8,434.00 AUD to jokaroom

$5,720 were returned leaving an outstanding $2,714.00 AUD!

Jokaroom has disabled my account after winning $9935 I can’t withdrawal it and now left in the dark. And I am going in circles I have contacted my bank when you deposit you must get your winnings.

For you it’s a different story fraud

...call your bank and dispute the transactions and send them all screenshots evidence they will do a cash back and investigation in it it is the fraud team in the bank department.

I am currently talking to jokaroom via chat they are useless honestly repeat my self for the last 2 weeks. Australia time during night all day still the same I’m stuck.

I raised complaint with bank they went to merchant KAC who claimed nothing was disputed! ive has to fight for almost a month now! only for them to return some of my money!

ill be raising dispute again with the bank again tomorrow I’ve had enough!

Very true and they repeat them selfs. They say within 24 hours then within 48 then 5 hours complete lies. It has been over 2 weeks and they say again 24 hours. I Have screenshots all the evidence so he automatically closed the chat. I have showed my bank and reported it.

Beckygr990, I understand that you are frustrated, but trust me, I have rich experience with complaints of various nature.

Please, take my advice. First, let them pay you, and then you can begin with legal actions, creating other complaints or reviews where you want. We don't want to punish them sooner then they pay for a reason. We don't support them, but we don't want to ruin your chances to get the money back.

This casino has no license - so there is no regulator, nobody can force them to pay you. So far they had no problems, but recently we noticed that they have some open complaints from Australian players.

Every message you create sends an alert to them and to me. If you start writing multiple messages, they may start ignoring you. Especially messages like "THIS CASINO IS SOOOOOOOO DISGUSTING"


If you start spamming them, they can say you are not cooperating, and they can delay your payment for months.

So please be smart - it looks like they want to pay you. So please give them everything that they need - for example the bank statement. I think the best strategy for now is to cooperate and provide they all required documents.

Hi all.

This casino is operating without a license, and legal steps might be complicated. If the casino is willing to help you, let them. If they refuse to talk with you, please submit a complaint here (casino.guru website), and you will help other players too.

In a desperate situation, there is always a solution:

https://mychargeback.com/ - This company is doing a chargeback. If it is less than 90 days from the transaction happened then you can contact them and explain to them what happened - they are doing chargebacks in cases that casino doesn't have a license or in case of lousy regulator license, (Joka Room Case) 

Keep this as a last resort - you can submit your case there and ask about the possibilities, and in case that casino will not cooperate use chargeback. But beware - chargebacks are generally forbidden in casinos - so if you do a chargeback, you should not play anymore with this company (group), or they might not pay you in the future.
