I've been held up since Friday because I once won €5,000. Casino: Jetcity. At first no docs were required, suddenly they were. I sent everything in. I know this from EVERY casino: as soon as you have uploaded the docs, they are immediately checked and, in the best case, verified. I had a doc approved in 2 days. I've been waiting for one since the day before yesterday. Let them keep dreaming that I'll cancel everything. That's sad is, on whose page it says "all payouts are processed within 1 hour" the docs check exactly the same!
