There are quite a lot of people here who haven’t received their money, so there’s no point in asking just one person, so I didn’t do that; people in this thread will see my question anyway.

I still have 3 pending withdrawals, only one was made that I requested on 10/25.
The ones from the 27th and 30th didn't arrive.
Clearly something bad is going on at this casino and I think we will soon see them disappear.
I'm already tired of writing to technical support because they seem like robots, they always tell you the same thing.
They asked me for everything, more or less the same as other casinos, receipts, selfies, but they made a lot of fuss about my card history, they didn't want to accept any statement and they kept bothering me with the dates... everything was a reason to waste time. I had to file several complaints because I have everything legal.
I'm now verified but I still haven't received my money because they say they have delays...
