No, no response at all, just replies like the payment provider cancelled the payment, etc. etc., and that I should just wait. I won't give up my money, I'm not crazy!!!!!!!

Of course, don't play with them and wait until the situation is resolved. So if the bank told you that it wasn't a problem with them and they didn't receive anything, then I would maybe wonder if they have a provider through which they make those payments. Or maybe I would ask if changing the payment method wouldn't help.
I already did that, but support says they don't even see payment methods for withdrawals, I had it via a bank account, now I've changed my withdrawal to Revolut
The same thing has been happening to me lately with several smaller houses. I don't know if it's a regulatory issue or something. But in the last few weeks, I've seen many people having problems. I was trying several withdrawal methods, Revolut being one of them. But I kept having problems. I switched to Bitsa.
If it turns out the same, as I said, our team will try to resolve it. This casino takes quite a long time to pay players, so it's not something that would be out of the ordinary for them, but if it doesn't happen as I announced, our team will try to help you.
So I'll see how the selection for Revolut turns out.
Feel free to let me know if it will be approved or rejected.
My withdrawal has been pending for 7 days and they say they have a workload; are they paying the money or is it a scam?
I did this and they have a 7-day pending withdrawal. Did you receive the money? And if so, in how many days?
Yes, I've been playing for a few months but I haven't made a withdrawal again, they also didn't ask me for verification, I've made a withdrawal request 9 3 times a day. They make excuses that they have a workload. Do you know how many days it takes? I also submitted a complaint to you yesterday.
I also go into trust pilot every day, make a bad review, and show them a screenshot in the live chat, just in case they get scared and withdraw.
I'm sorry but I have quite disturbing news,.. Based on the other players experiences and ongoing complaints, this is hardly just about workload. Others have been waiting for months so I pretty much find it hard to believe this casino is just overwhelmed with requests.
As one player posted earlier in the other Legiano thread 👉 "if they're as behind as they say they are with those evasive answers they give me, they should work on Saturdays and Sundays. It's not my problem that they've been so behind for months and months"
So, good attempt with the review! Did it work?
I fear we just have to wait for the casino to share what's really going on.
Why don't you give them a bad rating? Also, can you help talk to them about filing a complaint? I told them that I write bad reviews and I'm waiting to see how they handle it, but if you can annoy them too, that would be ideal.
I understand where this idea comes from, but I'd like to add another perspective:
This casino pays eventually—utterly slowly, but still, pays out. Do you think they like to be constantly hunted by our complaint team members on behalf of annoyed players for not paying according to their terms? No, they don't. Are you so certain that lowering the rating in spite of an effort to pay out the players would encourage them to keep paying?
What if the casino is paying as fast as they can already...? Honestly, I hope this is not the reason...
If you pressure them, you will pay, they really care about the reviews, they didn't cancel my withdrawal, it's just that it's being processed from 9-3 and they say they have a lot of work. I would ask you to bother them about my case, as you should be more strict with such matters, people should learn not to bet their money there.
Well, my colleagues are trying to manage all active complaints, not just yours, so I fear there is no option for your suggestion. Be patient, please.
Hello, can you tell me more about this? Do you have a problem in the casino too? Who would you expect to report what?
Well, I only managed to make a withdrawal of €300 after waiting for 8 days, now I'm trying to withdraw €1000 in small withdrawals of €250 and they cancel it automatically... tell me another solution but pay what's mine.
And did you also ask why it keeps canceling for you? That's probably the most important thing to find out. Have you been verified by the casino?
