So, you just couldn't log in to your account, right? Without any explanation from the casino at all?

Have you tried to contact the support to confront them with this?

I would suggest you make a complaint and our team will try to contact the casino, even though in the past we didn't have much luck with them.

What do you say, will you try that?

Follow this link to do so, and if you need us to assist you, we'll be here. Let us know, please.

Hey guys I had a LL01 error as well. They have locked me out of my account. Looking at these comments, where people have send documents and it has been 7+days and still no response from Bet365 team just sounds mindblowing to me. I had 17K in this account, so the anxiety is really getting the best of me right now

Hi there! I was wondering how you've been doing, at least concerning the account issue. No complaint submitted so far, so is everything okay?

Hello Radka,

Thank you for checking up. Yeah so LL01 error came to me on Oct.25th, it got resolved on Nov.8th and I have access to my account. HOWEVER, now I got another email from Bet365 saying they are doing some enhanced verification on my account and have placed restrictions. I submitted documents again on their enhanced verification email on Nov.8th, I am waiting to hear back on them regarding that lol. Why does verification take so long in Bet365? I also day trade stocks and verification on my broker takes maximum 24 hours. Here it takes weeks. I am just really frustrated, I just hope there are no problems that result when it comes to withdrawals

Hi!

Generally speaking, the user experience is nothing thrilling, it seems. 😀

Fixing errors took them quite some time too... Well, I imagine these additional procedures are quite annoying. The primary problem, in my opinion, is that casinos literally will not explain why it is required until the investigation is finished—yes, it is more about checking or looking into your account activity. Although it may occasionally be a random check, these accounts are typically flagged in the system, and the casino needs to make sure that no rules have been broken, which is why the extra verification is necessary.

Although it is common for players to compare the verification to other "similar" events, I would not do that. It takes a lot more features to verify or look into player accounts than it does to simply verify your personal information for another app.

However, as I mentioned earlier, the primary issue is that casinos do not inform players of this, so they are left to make assumptions. They ought to focus on that as well, in my opinion.

Anyway, let me know how it goes. For instance, if you see something highly unusual, consider the complaint.

Just in case.
