Hi Guys and Girls,

I made 3 wd request for £1000 each starting 16th AUGUST. After going through their account verification, very painful, they keep saying that the payment was processed this past 19th August. As of today still no money. Their customer service keeps saying to wait for 5 business days. I asked for the bank swift message and the answer was still the same. In my account each WD is showing approved. I feel that is a scam. Anyone that can help?

Speak to them on live chat and ask what the problem is. They scammed me out of £2000 by allowing me to deposit after being fully verified with UK passport and UK bank account address by pointing out clause 4.2 in their terms and conditions which state UK players cannot play for real money as it's a restricted country. I kicked up a stink through my bank and at least got my deposits back.

Hi!

I'm soooo sorry to say that, but for us to intervene, it's far too early. Even though I know it sounds weird, we give casinos a full 14 days to handle the payout. which is a very long period, but based on our analysis, there is enough time for poorly run casinos to handle the situation a little more skillfully without our questions. Our experts then use the complaint procedure to request responses from the casino.

Maybe I would try confronting their social media profiles with comments; I take care of our own, so I can assure you that this is an extremely inconvenient practice.

I fear I have nothing better at this point. 🙁

Yes, I am ready to file a complaint against them as well. And to notify all agencies that it is a scam, don't put their money. It also has a sequel

If they restrict people from the UK why then they accept first the deposit which are in £, then they ask for sort and account number which are only used I'm the UK. I deposited quite a bit with them. How did you get your money back? Did you ask your bank to charge them back for fraud?

To be honest it is very strange, especially when they are not able to provide anything.

Because like Jokabet which is another of this group they allow you to verify UK as a player deposit in £££ but their terms and conditions are not allowed for UK residents to play for real money 4.2 restricted countries. I told my bank what had happened went for a charge back informed the casino what I was doing and they refunded my deposits as what they did although not illegal was fraud in a way.

They are a total scam and to be honest, you aren’t seeing your money. Still never had a reason for them closing my account and not paying my €24010. CEG even sided with them despite my submitting more than enough evidence of them promising me my winnings, and Ninewin not submitting any evidence whatsoever. Both money laundering cunts

So I'm sorry, what did the CEG tell you when they sided with the casino ? I'd quite like to know what the reason was. Maybe they only provided evidence to the CEG, so that's how I saw it, but that's just my guess.

I think that this should not happen and it would be best if the casino had some kind of security. If you entered all the information correctly and you didn't try to somehow bypass the casino and they took deposits from you, they should pay the player and then they could close the account or something like that.

Anyway, since you have a complaint, we'll see what can be done and how it all turns out.

Will keep my fingers crossed 🤞

I sent them 3 emails regarding the UK verification acceptance along with £££ deposits and playing in £££ and then in their terms and conditions 4.2 UK a restricted country not allowed to play for real money but the CEG didn't even bother answering I even provided photo evidence of Ninewins shady dealings.

Hmm, that's a pity because I would also like to see the CEG answer such things. At least if they gave some reason and didn't ignore the player. Then it doesn't look very professional and credible.

Unfortunately, it is what is. 🙁

Today after 5 days, they told me that they need to escalate on why I have not received the funds and they asked me for the copy of my bank statement from 19th. This is a joke.

So they asked you for an additional verification. Trust me, it is nothing unusual from an online casino to do. So it is always the best to provide them all the documents requested in order to proceed with your withdrawal.

Have you provided them with the statement yet?

No, only word salads. They are keeping saying that the payment was sent out on 20th.

When I asked, who is their regulator the answer is : we cannot disclose it

I asked who is the sender of the bank transfer and the swift message, the answer is we cannot give it out.

Unbelievable

My account has been verified with tones of documents.

Passport, picture, back and front of my card, bank statement.

They asked for my statement again last Friday, supposedly to verify that I have not received the transfer.

This is very unusual
