It wasn't because AI lost money it's just that I read on here and Trust pilot that the don't pay players from a UK juratiction even though they sent the link to join to my phone they let you deposit and play in pounds and and even verified my UK passport. I have emailed the Curacao gaming board to whom they are licensed and will continue to do so. I hope they get a refund as well
