I believe we were discussing a different situation with the other player, though.

To be honest, far too many players feel like they should be refunded just because the casino they deliberately picked up was not UKGC-licensed, or licensed in their country. No other issues included; fair game, still they ask for refunds seeking "legal help". I hope the difference is obvious. If not, share your point of view.

I bet these countries are listed because the license provider dictates that. If you could play fairly and the casino has no objection to paying out your winnings, I still don't see the fraud. Which country did you state in the registration form? I am not sure whether the country is an obligatory field.

Additionally, can you, by any means, finalize the KYC process, please? That would be a real issue. If you can't pass the KYC due to the country's restrictions, under such circumstances, the refund makes sense.

The person I spoke to at Revolut was helpful but can't take matters further without a police report that I have been defrauded by Ninewin Casino accepting deposits even though they knew on regtand verification that as a UK resident 4.5 in their t@cs that it's illegal for UK residents to gamble at their casino. I’ve got a new review up that Ninewin has flagged but if they remove that after me submitting evidence I’m just gonna spam them with fake reviews. Will get friends to do too

Not all the casinos make it illegal for UK players to play at their casino. It just so happens I chose the wrong one on this particular occasion 😭 If I had chosen Chipstars for instance they would hopefully have paid out. It just so happens that particular time I had 2 accounts open and chose to play Ninewin because I had won at Chipstars and thought they won't let me win again so soon

As to my suspicious mind in regards to RNG and RTP manipulation that is written into the computer that controls the by the provider. I will give you 2 examples. Everything was going well playing Lucky Lady moon megaways I was well up and decided one more bonus and I'd get out no matter, addictive once you start playing, but it never came just dead spins and dribbles of wins and then it was gone.
