I am really sorry you have to go through this situation. Have you checked if you entered the right account number when withdrawing? Just to be sure, you really did not make any mistakes there.

You have done the right thing to submit a complaint here with our team. They will surely have a deeper look into this issue and will try to sort it out if the casino will not be able to do it.

Have you had any updates by now regarding your withdrawal? Please let us know if you have any news.

It's a pity that you didn't get anywhere, I'm sure our team will do everything possible to resolve this situation and hopefully it will be successful.

But if you can talk to the casino and get something sorted out, let us know. 🙂

I have seen that this whole issue falls under cybercrime, and unfortunately such issues are far from our reach.

However, do you think you'll report it elsewhere ? Alternatively, contact the payment provider and try to resolve it with them somehow ? 😥

This is not cyber crime this is the casino paying into the wrong account i have seen on previous forums they have tried this before and if the casino sent the payment they need to reclaim it i have done all my verification checks with this casino and not once did i give the account they have paid into or have i deposited from this account so this is nonsense the monies must be paid out to an account i have deposited from this is a fact of law so i would kindly ask this be revised as the error is from casino end not mine

also it was the casino who have paid the money into the account stated 040003 so looking at all fraud things they are the ones who have to report

i

i can not report as it was not me who sent the money and the bank needs to be able to see the account the money left from WHY is it i have to prove i never recieved WHY not casino prove they sent

i do not have the sort and account details of ninewin that the monies were sent from to enable me to dispute i at a loss here in what to do next

I have recieved this from ninewin this evening

Hello, I hope you're well.

The provider has confirmed that the withdrawal was successful. We'll email you once we receive proof of payment from the payment provider, which may take up to 30 banking days. In the meantime, could you kindly ask the user to try resolving this issue with their bank? It's important to cover all bases during this process.

Also, please be aware that there's a possibility the withdrawal could be reversed back to the casino account within the 30-day period.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We'll keep you updated on any further developments.

Best regards,

Laura

Hm, so the withdrawal to an account that is not yours was successful in the end, yes ? Proof of payment would definitely be useful because it would probably be possible to see the details there and I think the casino should provide you with such a thing. What bothers me is that it can take up to 30 days, which is a long time. I also see that the money can also be returned to the casino account, which might be better than if it goes to someone else's account.

However, in this case we have no choice but to wait and see what the casino comes up with.

that great Jaro i will keep you posted on what they say or if the money reverses it is so confusing surely money should only be allowed to be withdrawn to an account in my name and why would it be successful then reverse i have also raised a bank complaint will see what they say

Okay, so I see you're not just sitting with your hands folded, so let's see how the casino is going to handle this and what's going to happen.

I'm a firm believer in a good ending. 🙂

If you read there terms and conditions 4.5 Ninewin doesn't accept UK players even if they let you deposit and even accept verification from the UK. I have written to the Curacao gaming board for a full refund for letting me as a UK resident deposit and get verified. If you want the Curacao gaming board email address or website go on a Trust pilot and ask for a full refund. I joined though a link sent to my phone so they must know I'm in the UK

Well I won €24000 and they cancelled my account. They knew fine well where I was from and verified me. Promised they’d pay out too.

I’ve complained to CEG and they aren’t doing anything. Wrote multiple Trustpilot reviews thinking it will help my case seeing as they won’t want any bad reviews - Trustpilot delete them everytime, even though I’ve got plenty of evidence. They even replied and said that they are deleting a review and they don’t have to give reason why. Absolute scam

Hello!

I'd surely love to help, especially you, but when it comes to local UK law, I'd say the final word should come from a lawyer. Needless to say, we are strong in the matter of fairness, which seems not to be the case here. Still, let me think that through....

I'm quite convinced certain licensing authorities vouch for refunding players from your country, given the circumstances.

The way I see it, the strongest argument is usually the missing UKGC license. Pardon me for lecturing, but I feel it's fair to consider whether the player was aware of the license at the time he deposited. If the casino treated the player well and fairly, in my opinion, the refund is not fair.

May I know why you feel you should be refunded? Some players try that when they feel they lost because of the false RTP, rigged game, or anything related to an unfair advantage. I just hope this is not the reason here.

One way or another, I'm glad to see you here again. How do your Spanish lessons go? 😉

It wasn't because AI lost money it's just that I read on here and Trust pilot that the don't pay players from a UK juratiction even though they sent the link to join to my phone they let you deposit and play in pounds and and even verified my UK passport. I have emailed the Curacao gaming board to whom they are licensed and will continue to do so. I hope they get a refund as well

I know this isn’t for me but at the end of the day these casinos are taking players money, knowing from they are from the UK and maybe even have a gambling issue. They are happy to take their money, but when the player wins they refuse to pay. If that’s the case then why shouldn’t the player be able to do it to them? They are the ones operating illegally, not the player. They really need to be shown they can’t have it both ways. In my case I’m still waiting on a decision from the CEG and Ninewin on whether they will give me the €24010 they owe. There is little to no contact from their side. It’s a disgrace. If they now turn round and say I’m not eligible to collect my winnings for whatever reason, after them verifying me (in the UK) and actually promising me that I will receive my winnings and that they had actually been paid (have all of this in emails etc), then I’ll make it my mission to make sure that every potential player from restricted countries know their tactics and their unwillingness to pay up. I’ll also be taking legal action. They can’t keep scamming people like this

I'm with Revolut who I made my deposits with as Ninewin has a separate icon to deposit with them. I have claimed Ninewin defrauded me of all the deposits I made through them for the reasons sfiletated. I'm now hoping they will act on my behalf and hope there is a chance of getting my money back 🤞filefile
