I am also having huge issues with Ninewin. Seems to be a complete scam. Won a substantial amount about 3 weeks ago and they’ve done everything they can not to pay and they’ve now disabled my account. Wouldn’t know where to start with them…
I’ve complained to CuracaoeGaming but apparently they are in cahoots with each other and they’ll never side with anyone but the casino. How can companies get away with this. I’m all for legal action also
Persevere,I just got a payment about an hour ago through just keeping on at them even though they didn't reply. This casino guru didn't help and just kept saying be patient and then they changed the correspondence to another person in the middle of it. The payment I received btw was less than I'd actually won.
Thanks, I’ll keep at them. Hopefully they’ll un-disable my account. I just think as it’s going to take a few payments if they actually pay what they are due they just won’t bother. If you don’t mind me asking how much as a percentage was it under?
About 5% and my withdrawal wasn't much but it's still our money they're messing around with. Don't let it slide.

Same problem here. I've tried withdrawing £2000 in winnings but each time it gets declined by them with no valid reason. I'm trying to withdraw to the same account I deposited from so I don't understand why there's a problem. My account is fully verified and each time I talk to customer services I get told something different and they just keep palming me off. I want my withdrawal!
Keep on at them don't give up. 🥰 I wonder how many people they are do ing this too and don't pay out and they just give up. Ninewin should be banned as they are clearly not playing by the rules.
It’s ridiculous. They paid my deposit back to me (without me asking) and closed my account telling me they consider the case closed. Well I certainly don’t!!! They actually congratulated me and told me that my winnings had been paid (obviously hadn’t) before all this. I have it all backed up in emails and LiveChat transcripts so I’ll be taking legal action now. I’m actually considering starting a website (with Ninewin in the URL so it appears on Google Search, can also improve SEO) that people can post their experiences and can add themselves to a list for a potential class action. Fuck these guys

Well done getting something out of them. I’m due €24,010 and they’ve just stopped answering emails and closed my account. Scumbags and crooks. Not giving up though
Hmm, I was wondering if these are some fees but it would be best to know how it really is because it could be just my guess. What method did you use to withdraw ? You can try to check the Terms and Conditions for fees and you might find out something.
Of course, I am not at all blaming you if you want to close your account and find a more suitable casino for yourself.

Oh, I see it is a large sum and you have already resorted to complaining to the authority and you have also mentioned legal action. So has the authority responded or not ? Did casino explain that they closed your account ? I would have thought that with such a big win there would have been an investigation, but I also noticed that you didn't wait the least amount of time.

so i made my first withdrawel 14th may waited days with no funds being recieved in my bank spoke with live chat numerous times to be told need to wait 5 working days i wait working day 6 to be told it was paid and to send bank statement to prove not recieved, i sent statement to be turn asked for a bank statement for account 82231906 sort 040003 i do not have such bank account and never have, i was then told i need to contact the bank (which bank) i contacted my own bank to be told nothing they can do, got back in touch with ninewin and keep being to need the bank statement for an account i do not own. i was then told that i entered the sort code and account so my responsibility i can assure you i did not enter the above sort and account - something is not right here and i do not know what to do to reasolve we are now on day 12 and again today told need bank statement or nothing can be done it looks to me money has been transfered to an insider account
