absolutley shocking
can we be honest here every single one of us has the same email verifcation probem,it's clearly the casino at fault...i've never had these problems since day dot of internet betting..even the help chat gaslighted me after telling them my profile and options of deposit/withdraw were wiped away and it was like that on my mobile and laptop "you must of been seeing things" then puff it all appears in that second.....really feels like cat and mouse dealing with this company they like to blame the customer while hoping they blast all the money in the account out of frustration,the longer the money sits there the more chance of it being spent
I paid via Monzo where u do the instant bank transfer thing where it takes you to the online banking app, I’ll get back onto Monzo in regards to this and see what I can do about it, I’ll keep this forum updated if any outcome changes e.g if I get any kind of money back.
