Ive been waiting 6 days on my complaint for casino guru to respond. Only 23 hours left. Mines open and shut too with ALLREELS attempting to steal money from me.


I could be wrong but I do have suspicions with why CG take longer with some complaints then with others and why it seems that no matter how wrong a casino can be CG just wont call them on it.....Its the same issue Ask gamblers have where there is a conflict of interest due to both sites making their money from affiliation.

Did u see my question about the chat transcript? I'm guessing we all think it's our protection. But I just wanted to ask specifically. When that sentence, phrase, or even single letter is time-stamped. We are all under the impression it can't be changed. Correct?

Nope. I checked your complaint. You believe that your chat history was manipulated somehow. Well, technically it is possible. Time stamp is editable same as the text. The most important is to have a genuine screenshot or chat transcript and compare it with the one from casino.
