Dear Hafsat, I think that this is not how Curacao licenses work. This institution was created to provide paid services - the licenses, it's good for sale, and casinos pay fees, take it as a service for the casinos, not for players. It's sad but most Curacao licenses are just a tool for casinos to be considered more trustworthy among players and game providers. Allow me one question, who will pay these fees to the authority if the license is stripped?

Do you know what I mean? 😔


I asked my colleague from the data team and he said he has never witnessed any act of goodwill or fair approach from the Curacao licensing authorities when it comes to players' complaints.

It's TRUE,they won't get paid,they also are after thier returns.

It easier to say they are birds of thesame feathers that flocks together!

I went through the site, all I could see is advertisements about themselves and how easy it is to obtain license from them.

If they could pay us our funds and still have the account closed,that would atleast be considered a fair decision, just they way other casinos does....then we will stay away from the site's usage....but holding one's money for an uncertain crime....is plainly stealing.

I believe they're stealing people's money!

This is purely scam, I wonder where a $100 will take them to.

If I'm to scam a casino, I won't waste my time scamming them $45.

They should think of it logically that I'm innocent and that's why I kept emphasising.

Now all this thread and reviews will keep affecting them negatively for the little fraudulent activity they engaged in.

I wanted you to see how easily one can get this kind of license nowadays, it's quite a business, and taxes + fees are the lowest.

1win kept sending me promotional messages to my email, despite blocking my account.


But Radka what right do they have to withheld one's fund eventhough the player didn't lose his money?

If they believe a fraudulent activity had been carried out,then they should void the winnings and refund the actual deposit before blocking the account.

It may take even several months for the authorities to reply.

I'd say that is pretty obvious now that this "casino" does not care about fairness or rights.

I'm sorry such a question is pointless.

The honest casino would provide evidence at least.

Eversince I was told my complaint had been logged and submitted, there had not been further responses from them either!


I didn't messaged curacao because I'm not getting help from casino guru, I felt it might change the casino's approach positively not knowing that it's quite pointless.

Both the casinos and authorities aren't fair to players!

The best place to get a listening ear to complaints is casino guru.

My ID is 10721902. I applied for withdrawal on September 6. The online customer service told me that it would take 48 hours at most. I consulted the customer service on September 8 and was told that I needed to send an email! I uploaded my information on September 9. Up to now, on September 21, there has been no reply and no money has been received

I'm sorry to hear about your problem, but to be frank with you,this is the strategic way the casino uses to steal away people's money.

They will tell you, you have violated the clause 9.7 rule, and then they block your account together with your deposit, I have seen more than 10 persons that have fallen victims.

Nevertheless you can submit a complaint, the guru's here will try to help you, but I'm still sorry to tell you that the casino don't respect terms nor even the guru's, it might just be empty talks, you can see the reputation about them.

For over a month now,I'm having an opened complaint about 1win casino, yet the casino had failed to provide a reasonable evidence for blocking my account.

This is what I'm saying, I can see that they've accused you of rule 9.7 aswell.

That's just the strategy they uses.

Sadly, I'd say that lots of players feel the same. I asked a few colleagues about Curacao's responses to players' complaints (not to Casino Guru's complaints) and the overall experiences were just bad...

Curacao are not fair to players.....i read it in thier terms and condition that it can take upto 7months before a case is been resolved.

And after submitting a complaint to them, one has forfeited his right to sue the casino.
