Curacao are not fair to players.....i read it in thier terms and condition that it can take upto 7months before a case is been resolved.

And after submitting a complaint to them, one has forfeited his right to sue the casino.

It's good that you have submitted the complaint. Now we have to hope that this casino will cooperate, this is the trickiest part, sadly.

I'd advise you let casino guru help you, it will be easier that way but when the casino fails to comply,then you can contact curacao, but you'll have to keep sending them messages on a regular basis, if you're lucky they will respond some day!

Was closed as unresolved, they didn't cooperated, they didn't respond to my complaint at all on guru's site.

I still have about $100 with them.

If most of your winning came from sport,the casino guru will reject your complaint, they only deal with casino games,sometimes you might get lucky anyway, they won't ask about your game history!

But I'm afraid in your complaint you mentioned sports.


I hope you play more of casino games or having equal ratio with both casino and sport games!
