I have just opened a request like you, I was a victim of 1WIN, supposedly having violated rule 9.7 when there is nothing of that, my sum is 3000 euros and not a hundred euros.., I have no more words I think to take a lawyer on the island of curacao to present the case, it's been 2 months that I have been in dispute with them since August 15 since the verification of the account

It's good that you have submitted the complaint. Now we have to hope that this casino will cooperate, this is the trickiest part, sadly.

I'd advise you let casino guru help you, it will be easier that way but when the casino fails to comply,then you can contact curacao, but you'll have to keep sending them messages on a regular basis, if you're lucky they will respond some day!

If most of your winning came from sport,the casino guru will reject your complaint, they only deal with casino games,sometimes you might get lucky anyway, they won't ask about your game history!

But I'm afraid in your complaint you mentioned sports.
