1bet pays late

My withdrawal has been pending for 2 days despite having sent all the required documentation. Other 1-day books get you the money. It is a scam?

Have you received a confirmation email that you already passed the KYC, please? If not, I would ask the support, but you would probably have to wait a bit.

Since 10/13/23 I've been waiting for 1bet to transfer my money, support "support@1bet.com" takes days to respond to email, takes 24 hours to process the withdrawal request and more days to pay and when I don't pay I have to redo the process and they still don't pay.

The support page just asks you to wait and doesn't help at all.
