If you are talking about the "Visit casino" button, then the immerion.com website opens, I enter my ybets.io account information and the site reports that this data is incorrect. Support for the site immerion.com reports that the site is not related to ybets.io

I see that they are up to their old tricks again huh... I noticed they are still advertising no kyc.. anonymous.. even says USA welcome.. they didn't feel that way when I won 10 grand and they refused to pay me . When is enough, enough?! They should be shut down or at the very least blackballed from every review site . People should know what there getting their selves into before they deposit and play there . They give crypto casinos a bad name. There not in the gambling business, their in the business of ripping people off. I'll get off my soap box now.lol sorry for the rant. My blood boils every time I see an add for that place.

Hmm, I saw that you also had an open complaint with this casino. What happened and why did you stop responding in the end ? I saw that according to the casino rep you had to reach some kind of agreement. Nothing happened ? 

They sent my original deposit back of 40 bucks.. I was so pissed I just didn't even want to think about it . Sorry about that.. at the time I felt like that was my only option.. I wanted to talk to you guys about it in private to get your take on it but that never happened.. yeah ten grand is a lot of money to get smoked for . My blood pressure is through the roof just thinking about it. Lol to make things even worse they keep sending me emails saying they miss me and to come back, and that they have no kyc and accept USA players..

I surely can understand your frustration, but you should write to our complaint team regarding all this, and maybe there could be a different ending to your complaint.🤷‍♀️

Also, to add to those emails from the casino, I believe that they are automated. So, maybe you should try to unsubscribe from their list to stop receiving them.
