That's not the way an honest casino should behave, I think, and they certainly shouldn't let a player go a week without an answer when they've told them they'll let them know and write them off. I think they will lose more players this way than they keep.
Since we don't have anything new, the only thing we can stick to right now is to complain like I said and wait and see what the team finds out. I would be very happy if the casino would express an opinion, but I don't know if it will happen if it hasn't done so yet.

There was a case where someone was stuck thousands, then they paid her 250$ withdraw. It was probably because they calculated they can juice more out of her in the future.
The sooner you understand you got scammed, the sooner you can move on with this unfortunate event in your lifespan.
