They are denying they are affiliated with another casino but they both are same .. same emails , same Chat agents ..They are still making people fool and robbing them without any fear . filefilefilefilefile

Well, they have actually the same owner, as I can see.🤷‍♀️

The thing is that it is not the same Winner Casino from your complaint, right? Because the latest information is, as you can see in the review of this casino, that it is closed.

I began using winner casino for a few days/ weeks, when, it suddenly wouldn't let me log in. I hadn't tried to withdraw, so no real explanation was given. Then, a few days later, I received an e-mail stating that they had had technical issues, and that I should visit their "new site" (via a link), which just happened to be called "winnercasino1.bet". Which I used for a while but was always suspicious of.

Well, it appears that WinnerCasino frequently changes its mirror websites.

I must admit that this is a fairly common practice these days. Many pages are offered to players by even respectable casinos, but for different reasons.

I believe I have this right; no winnings have been seized, though I may be mistaken. So just say so if I am wrong and you could use some support.

So what would be a GOOD reason for that? It just makes the situation even more nefarious.

Good question.

The most common reason is partially a marketing step, partially related to licenses. I'm talking about decent casinos now; just to be perfectly clear.

By setting up numerous mirror sites, which work exactly the same way as the main domain, you may redirect players from certain countries to a more suitable version of the casino, showing them proper licenses and proper bonus offers. Sometimes such mirrors hold a special campaign only available to specific segments or markets, so the point is that no other players will see it.

In the case of Winner Casino, though, I would be very sceptical about the real reason behind that. I'm more convinced to agree with your version.

Not sure if it is a sign the casino is 'legit' or not, but I have had a couple of withdrawals ... albeit they take an extraordinary amount of time.

I am still of the opinion there is something suspicious about it, an extreme outlier of any casino I've used.

How long it took for the longest withdrawal and what amount if you can share ?

The first time I tried it was on working day 30 I think then l cancelled it and withdrew smaller amount. That took about 5 working days and it got processed by bank transfer.

I've still only withdrew what I've deposited, so still not convinced my winnings will be processed.

That's a good strategy withdrawing smaller amounts . I have waited for almost 2 months now for £1400

Hello. What a nice name you use! What inspired you?🤔

Anyway, 30days is a long time to wait for a withdrawal. What was the reason for this delay? Have you ever learned? It seems quite strange to me that when you requested a smaller amount, you got it pretty fast.🤷‍♀️

Are you still waiting for some money now?

If you see that it is going nowhere, you should try to file a complaint here with our team. It's been way too long, I would say. Do you know the reason for this delay, though?

Here's the link where you can submit your complaint, if you're interested. Please let us know if you need any assistance.

Ha, well it's just my initials.. not trying to be Mr Casino Guru 😀

I got the same excuses as everyone else, nothing specific. I.e. Just the automated, generic responses

Still waiting for a withdrawal. The fact I have had a couple means it's not a total scam website, but still gives players 0% confidence. And I am not very hopeful of getting my latest withdrawal.

Some of the Games don't play 'normal' I would say as well which doesn't give you confidence.

How long ago did you request the last withdrawal, though?

Whenever there's a problem with a game, you should contact support and they should solve the issue. Did you contact them, perhaps?

Romi

Last withdrawal was only a few days ago, but as it will be more than I deposited I am a bit suspicious. If it gets processed OK I will update this thread.

In terms of the game, I don't have any faith in this site to take it serious... if the hypothesis of them being 'crooked' is true, then it makes sense they use unlicensed games that play different.

At the very least, there are dozens of players waiting months for a withdrawal (if they even get it), most sites take minutes these days. So there is something not right about it.

If you see that it takes more than two weeks to receive the money, do not hesitate to contact us. I surely hope it won't be that long, of course, but let's say that it does, you can still file a complaint even if the casino is not yet featured on our website. We will guide you if needed.

Unfortunately, we cannot say anything regarding the issue with the games you are describing because our data team needs to check the website, and only then can a full review be prepared and published here. So until then, we need to wait.

Keep us updated, please, and come back with some good news, please.

They keep saying they are busy filefile. 21 days on 3rd of July , so 48 days and no money £1400.

That being said, I would say that I would definitely open a complaint on the link that Romi sent last time. I think you've waited long enough and if you don't have any relevant information, I understand that it must be frustrating.

Our team would try to help you in your situation. So what do you think, you'll try with us?

Nothing to loose here .

Great, I hope we can help. If you have any updates let me know. 🙂

Yeah, 100% crooked this website. Had no joy withdrawing anymore money, presumably as it would have taken me above the amount I deposited

Just played a game there Gates Of Olympus.. 80 spins without a single win of any amount 🤣

Was very strange multipliers as well, a lot of spins with multiple high multipliers...had a x63 one spin (but no win to multiply obviously)

If anyone has experience of Gates of Olympus on other sites then you'll know it doesn't play like that. You tend to get high frequency low wins with the occasional x2/x4 etc.

So presumably this game is a clone of the real one, or they've applied some weird settings to it. I have tried to contact Progmatic Play (who provide that game), but no response.
