Hello,

honestly, I believe this is not exactly how the sub-licenses work. Try this official checking tool:

https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/authenticity

Anyway, check our review as well:

I hope your complaint will be resolved though.

Have you ever paid at last?

I signed up with this casino a couple of months ago, and spent quite a lot of money on it, without withdrawing once. I had read some reviews on here and the impression I got was that they rarely, if ever, paid out, but still i took advantage of their bonus offers and just played for fun. A week ago I decided to read the t and c s, or at least attempt to, but there are reams of rules and I doubt many will bother. What I did glean from them was that it is virtually impossible to make a withdrawal. Basically they can do what they like without any redress. Try to email them, no response. A couple of days ago I went to log on, but the site had apparently disappeared into thin air. Then today, what should appear in my spam inbox but message telling me that they had had technical issues and the log -in page was now available at a new website called "winnercasino1.bet" , offering me free spins as an inducement to continue playing. Sufice to say I will take advantage of the free spins but they have had their last money from me...unless of course they start charging me the threatened £5 per month inactivity fee! Steer clear!!!

Hopefully, I got my deposit money back as I dispute the transactions to this scam casino with my bank.

I haven’t recieved any of the withdrawals yet I made on 27th April . Every time I Chat with them , they are coming up with different exuses . Sometimes they are checking the games and their terms and conditions . Sometimes they have high volume of withdrawals , sometimes they send the case to jurisdictions. I don’t understand all their stupid exuses . I will share screen shots filefile

Which casino is it related to, though? I believe the Winner Casino is closed now, according to our information. Isn't that right?🤷‍♀️

They seem to change their name every now and then. As I said earlier, the last time I used them they were called winnercasino1.bet

All in all, my advice to anyone contains the word "bargepole". This isn't the only casino by any means that is up to no good. Stick to the well known brand names for peace of mind. Better still, stop gambling altogether. It was invented for fools like me, and in a few months you'll be quids in and looking forward to that dream holiday or new car. You won't "win" either of them.

Can anyone tell me which name they appear on your bank statement for the transactions?

Well, I believe that the player above is writing about some different casino, and that is why I asked, just to be sure.

Thank you, though, for the information about the winnercasino1.bet. I will pass it out to our data team so they can have a look at it right away.

In my opinion, it is always important to take online gambling as a hobby and nothing more, because it can lead to many troubles. Do you agree?

I've just done a search for winnercasino1.bet and up pops winner casino. And I can log in.

Thank you for the information. I have already passed it on to our data team, so hopefully soon we'll be able to prepare a full review of this casino.

Please let us know about any experience from there if you are going to try it out.

Ive just used up 9p I had left of my balance. They get no more money from me. I have no promo codes either. I understand that inevitably you will lose money at a casino, but to stand no chance of any return at all is a bit naughty. (Language diluted in case minors are reading)

Alarm bells also ring if you check your deposits in your bank or card statements and the same casino is using several different names to receive your deposit, none of which seems connected to the name of the casino.

  • I have chatted again today with superb and winner casino both .. screen shots of the chats and email will be shared . They have no shame on their lies and still same old shit exuses. They are denying they are affiliated with another casino but they both are same .. same emails , same Chat agents ..They are still making people fool and robbing them without any fear . filefilefilefilefile

Just call it a bad day at the office, Rehan, write off your losses and move on. Fretting will only make things worse. It's a steep learning curve, but learn we do. You will now automatically be more wary before trusting a casino with your money. In future just check everything you can about a casino before using them. We've all been there mate.

I surely understand what you mean. Even though I believe it has a lot to do with a person's luck, don't you think so?🤷‍♀️

You are probably talking about a third-party payment provider here. It is nothing unusual, to tell you the truth. The main thing is that the money arrives at your account, right?

I really like to see the evaluation of this casino whenever our data team prepares it.
