Hi there!

For your effort, I would like to thank you. Usually, I am not too sure whether games with lower payback ratios are fake, but in the case of this particular casino, well.

Have you seen all these warnings?

The one about fake games is, I suppose, the only one that is missing.

Definitely a site not worth a single look. Please let us know if you ever manage to receive anything from Pragmatic Play.

Well, I am not surprised by everything as it is going, so I am not astonished. On the one hand, it is true that chat does not work with withdrawals, but it could be said more normally. After more than two months I probably wouldn't even count on getting the money, but I would probably also try.

I'm sorry how it turned out. 😥

It is nearly one year now since i made withdrawl.. been cancelled 3 times.. Now they want to process withdrawls to visa or master card but again they want to make people fool and robb them .. They asking for card long numbers, their expiry date and cvv number for withdrawl.. I suggest no body share such details. I dont see any hope even 0 percent ,, anyone who have recieved any funds can share their experience please. thanks

Hmm, I'm wondering what could convince the casino to pay out the players after such a long time.

But come to think of it, if they recommend this payment method, this information is quite common for casinos.

However, isn't it possible to hide some numbers?

Do you think the casino has no intention to pay? 🤔

There is no need for taking any kind of details as when you making deposit to the casion the card details are registered. The casino has same exuses all the time that they have high volume and they are checking the games.. These are just useless exuses.. I am even ready to travel to their office and ask them to pay me in cash, bank transfer, cheque, or whatever is easy for them. Mostly bookies do transfers instantly. They are doing silly emails for spins etc but never email about the status of withdrawl. They have zero concern to pay ..

Well, if it took a year that you didn't get the money I wouldn't even think what excuse I would use to tell you the truth.

I know that sometimes a miracle can happen and the casino wants to repair its reputation after a while and pay the players who have some withdrawals there, but it doesn't happen often.

If you have any news about your case, be sure to let me know.
