I've been waiting for 6 weeks, nothing comes and unfortunately nothing will come. After losing the license I believe in it even less...

What should I say? You are probably right. Hope is all that's left.

And what are you hoping for? Whether you text them or not, nothing happens anyway. I'm not blocked in the chat yet, but I don't go into the chat anymore because it has 0 effect.

By the way, WP has also taken out many providers in the meantime. For example, No Limit City and BTG are no longer there. Another sign that nothing will happen anymore...

8 or 10 weeks ago they found a way into my inbox with a 10€ no deposit bonus. Doing what we all do when there a no deposit bonus on offer, I searched for Wild Pharao Casino reviews and ratings. Bad ratings from Casino Guru and Gamblejoe forum and Ask Gamblers had it blacklisted.

This took me less than 5 minutes. Screw WP and this bonus. I then went to the site not to sign up, just to have a look. I scrolled down straight away to the 'about us ' part when noticed 2 things: No license stamp and the list of ' independent ' Casino review sites that approved and recommended WP. I didn't recognize any of them at all. I couldn't find any recommendation from well known reviewers. No Guru, no LCB, no Casinomeister...... Nothing. I left the WP site and never returned.

Instead of clicking "sign up now" in that email straight away, I spend less than 10minutes to get some more information about the casino. 10 minutes that probably saved me a lot of trouble as this thread shows.

Please research the casinos before you join them, it doesn't take long, and it might stop you from shouting at the screen because a the casino with low reputation just kicked you out.

I can only sign what you just wrote. That's why we created CasinoGuru. It should be a simple but trustworthy source of information where you find almost any online casino in the world and get some basic information within a few seconds.

What I'm wondering is why did the licensing authority where they still had a license send out a form to fill out for the complaint? To this day, they haven't reported back. So why even respond to the complaints? Makes no sense to me

I'd say that if the licensing authority sends you the form, you can't simply say that the authority does not care completely.

I sent the form back to the authority 5 weeks ago and since the authority revoked WP's license I haven't heard from them, nor have any queries been answered

I already told you, that the fact that the casino is not licensed anymore will cause your complaint will most probably end up unresolved by the licensing authority.

Sadly, it's just like that.

Sounds a little different here 😆

How so? You checked and then revoked the license and then you don't have anything else to do

Yes, and for what do I fill out a form for the authority how high my loss etc. should be if they can't handle it anyway? It's completely pointless

again.... when you submitted the complaint they were still responsible. now not because they revoked the license

I wouldn't say. 🙂

Just imagine: I can send you any form even if I do not intend to deal with your concern. Especially if the license does not concern me anymore.

This was my point.
