Wild.io stole from me and didn’t let me know that I had a supposed additional account. When i asked for my owed bonuses they told me my account was restricted from bonuses. Yet, they persistently send me ads for bonuses. They intended to let me deposit and then deny me for a bogus allegation that I have a second account. They wouldn’t even tell me anything about it. Thank you all .. I was about to deposit and play on wild.io but after seeing all these complaints, I changed my mind. Thats it, I had terrible experience with many online casinos with regard to withdrawal, and came to conclusion that almost 99% of online casinos do not pay the wins. Or at least, if you win more than once, then good luck. So, do not keep high hopes of making income from these online Casinos. Stick to land based ones.

Hello everyone, I would like to warn others against using wild.io.

After winning a relatively small amount of money (around $500), I tried to withdraw it. The withdrawal was reversed, and I was asked to complete KYC verification. I did that, and then they requested a conversation via Microsoft Teams.

During the call, they asked me about the rules of table tennis, since that’s what I had been betting on. After the conversation, I was informed that my winnings were voided, I could only withdraw my deposit, and I was no longer allowed to play on their platform.

They referred to the following rule:

"2.13. Sportsbook prohibits group bets. Repeated bets on the same outcomes from the same or different clients may subsequently be declared void. After the official result of a competition/event is known, Sportsbook may decide to void such bets if it suspects that customers are acting in collusion."

I was watching the matches and placing bets throughout the day — around 30 bets in total — and they confiscated my winnings without justification.

I do not recommend this platform to anyone.
