Please stick to your complaint, and surely do not pay any money to anyone. Everything will be solved there through the official channels.
Just mind also the timer. It is not possible to get replies every day either from the casino nor from your complaint resolver and us here on the forum. There have been hundreds of complaints coming in every day, and we need to deal with all of them, you know.
