when a bonus is reached, the amount reached + the remaining money is converted into real money

I had achieved a bonus of 1000€ in the past

the money won was far more than 1000€

This means that 1000€ were deducted from the money won and the rest was converted into real money

nobody here wants to understand me!!!!

I had received the bonus every time with my earned money

The fact is that the remaining sum of 1015€ should not have been set to zero.!!!!

I still want this money

and also the money from the last bonus that I earned and was blocked immediately afterwards!!!!

hello, unfortunately they didn't say anything why they are now 620€ was payed into my bank acc,instead of 17200€, so far I haven't been able to get any explanation from them, just the whole amount is divided into 41 payments for some reason

Verde Casino is not responding to my requests! How long will this take until I get my money? I will definitely not withdraw my complaint!!!

Well, according to what the casino writes in the complaint, it is that the amount you want to withdraw they know in some time, that is 1-4 days and it should not exceed 14. So basically it is said that within two weeks you should get your withdrawal. 

So you will have to be patient. 

Definitely don't give up and let's see how the complaint will turn out in the end. I know you would like this to be resolved as soon as possible, but we have to wait a bit for this as the complaints are not few.

According to what I saw in the complaint, you were playing with a bonus that had a maximum cashout. Did you read the terms and conditions that applied to it and therefore this information? I have a feeling that players often don't do that, they deposit some amount and then wonder why they are not paid and only some money is left when they withdraw. 

I don't know what bonus we are talking about before that you had and the winnings from it, but I believe that Petronela knows about everything and will decide accordingly. 

Anyway, you need to read the Terms better when you play with bonuses.

When it comes to getting the money they have won, it is the players who look stupid and supposedly don't understand anything.

I should have received the difference of over 600€ and not 75€
