Im sure I did do KYC the 1st time but if you cannot see the fact they shafted me like several others then there is no point ! they would have kept taking the money if I had kept losing ! Its shady practice in no way are they trustworthy ! I mean they are just total reptiles to be keeping the £450 deposit as well as the win for having 2 accounts what a major big deal ! like that makes any difference ! but like I said the memory of this site gives me the shivers !

If you consciously violate the casino rules, then most of the time they will take your winnings and the deposit. Multiple accounts are often used by players for various bonuses and abuses, so I am not surprised if the casino has done this. It's probably a pretty big deal. You should always check with the casino and if something is happening on your single account, inform them and see what should happen next or what you should do. If you open another account, then it's not the best idea I would say.

I seen it coming as I had won a decent amount more than the other withdrawals they had already paid me out on the account, you can read them like a book so predictable the rogue sites !!

Of course, that is your opinion, but the details of the complaint indicate that you were primarily responsible for the issue. Would you mind taking that into account so that you do not run into the same problem again?

All we want to do is explain to you why this strategy will not be successful in most casinos.

Just stick with one account only or discuss with support.

Hi Radka.

I know what you mean I can tell that you see my point it is deffo not a good idea to put your trust in these type of sites as they just ride your ass on small things if you win a decent amount. I will not be using them again they bend rules all the time on who they accept on the sites then rip you off on a small technicality which according to them is the end of the world(2 accounts) I learned the hard way.

Well, you'd probably have a problem with that sort of thing in most casinos, if not every casino. It's a basic violation of the rules, so be sure to avoid setting up any more accounts, and always check with live chat and the casino when something happens to avoid such problems.

Anyway, hopefully you won't have to deal with this kind of thing anymore.
