Trust dice i think you should review your deposit wager reqirements. Here what i mean. You have this rule:

5.10 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager at least 5x the 1st deposit amount from deposits.


I do not understand how 1st deposit amount should impact withdrawals after new deposits.

 Imagine situation: I deposit 100,000$ usd and lose it in one bet (hard to belive, but still possible) , and then deposit 1000 usd, i should wager 405,000 usd? Do you think i will make deposit knowing that i should wager such amount, taking into account that i lost 100,000 usd.

Look at the other casinos, they all have wager requirements, but it sticks to the last deposit.

Casino guru your opinion is highly appreciated.

Hey. It's normal in casinos that you have to wager your deposit. Usually it is 1x, 3x and in some casinos exceptionally 5x. According to what you describe, this rule can be understood as you write, but the best thing would be to ask the casino how it works and whether you understand it correctly or it is otherwise. If it was as you described, it honestly doesn't make much sense to me. 

Anyway, we'll see what the casino has to say.

Hello Jaro,

I played in more than 50 casinos, and read more than 100 bonus T&C. Also I have read more than 200 complaints on Casino.guru. I am not criticizing the wager requirements as itself. I am telling you that in any other casino. When you lose your deposit and make new one the wager requirements apply to last deposit ( taking into account that you lost the previous one). But here even if you lost your first deposit completely you still should wager it. It is nonsense. And trustdice support confirmed that it works the way I described to you above.

Hello, I am not sure I can find it. And chat agent, they are just agents. They say " these are our rules". If you want I can ask them again about that rules, and send you a reply.

This casino offers a tempting welcome bonus for new players and attractive design. To my disappointment, when I tried to make a deposit, I was faced with an error message saying that there were not enough funds in another currency called "TRC", which I assume is the fee associated with making a deposit in USDT. ! I was scammed for $5000 from them no one replies or explains it ! It is a shady company they kept my £450 deposit as well they do not like you winning too much like most sites.

According to what I read in your closed complaint, you were accused of multiple accounts. You even managed to cash out several times, which I don't think would be the case in most casinos. However, since the casino was late to notice that you had an account there, it did so and only took your winnings an deposit when it found out. 

It's certainly not pleasant, but it looks like there was a violation of casino rules in this case, so I would definitely recommend in the future if you have an old account to reopen it and not create another one so you don't have similar problems. 😕

Jaro I think this site is rigged in favour of these sites as my honest review on trustdice with no mention of the conviscated money has been rejected 3 times ! with no reason for it regarding the site how hard would it have been to contact me to sort things out not ban the account and keep ALL ! the money ! It says in your written laws if a site conviscates your money when all you did was accidently opened another account with no bonus abuse this is termed unfair practices that is what happened so you go against your own principles ! I appreciate the sympathy but it does not bring my hard earned £4000 back to me !the prevoius withdrawals were not total winnings I put £9000 in and 20 deposits. If you read the reviews from other customers they have all suffered the same treatment as me blocked accounts and no response from compliance and reports of illegal acceptance from restricted places so a license breach.

Hi, I rejected your user review on the basis of a complaint, because you say you didn't say anything about confiscation of money, but it still applies to it. It was also confirmed that you have multiple accounts. We don't want user reviews to serve as revenge against a casino that did nothing wrong according to us. It is true that the casino could have pointed out the fact of multiple accounts, but it is also your responsibility not to create multiple accounts. So I have nothing more to say on this as we are just going in circles.

As suspected and stated by other people Jaro you manipulate the feedback and cover for bad casino sites it would have been a useful warning for others but I can find other ways to get my point across online about it anyway, should I maybe say it is fair and safe then so it looks like you want it to look then you will pass it ! Im not a bitter reviewer I thought the site was fair at first but the internet is full of similar cases to mine from what I can see when looking ! plus you looked in to other worse cases with guys with 3 or more accounts and got them their deposit back against this site but not mine. You probably know fine well about the old "You have two accounts excuse !" if you win too much they look at any way not to pay you out and this is the classic excuse ! it smells of rogue Chinese site 100% !
