Hi Louis, just got caught up in that forum (and I never actually read til the end) but I literally read every word all I can say is I’m sorry bud. They are absolute crooks they pay out there slots play decent but when they want to fk you over they do. They 24 bags should have been yours what my main point was what happens if you move into a house and someone has an account from that address previously. There terms make absolutely no sense. They are a disgrace to be completely honest. I’ve filed a complaint about them reopening my account numerous times after telling them I wanted it permanently banned and that I was an addicted gambler numerous times. They *perm closed it* but weirdly I could open a perm account after 10 mins by emailing them saying not addicted to gambling and I’m gonna deposit money. The account is still open til this day they actually give me a vip heading . Absolutely crazy how they are getting away with it, they don’t care about your mind or health they don’t care if you kill yourselr because they are there for the wonga. I’ve loads on them so when they pay every single penny back since the date I said I wanted it permanently closed and I’m addicted to gambling on casino guru they told me to delete the post and they would reopen the account, even give me a 100£ welcome back bonus haha. It is completely insane

If you told them you were addicted, I don't understand why it is possible to reopen the account. If you had just closed it, I could understand. But with gambling addiction, I don't understand it, and it definitely shouldn't be that way.

So I hope you manage to resolve this situation for good and you won't have to deal with this problem anymore.
